Privacy
Flowerpot Design do not hold any financial details of it's customers and do not use cookies to track and store their information. Data collected by Flowerpot Design include: Customer's Name, Address and Email are used to fulfill orders. Information provided by reminder requests and mailing lists are used solely for marketing purposes. Your delivery details are only disclosed to thrid parties for delivery purposes. All other data provided by the customer is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and is not given, shared or sold to third parties.
Shopping
* All our items can be purchased from our ETSY store or if you don't have or want an Etsy account you mail email us your order and make a payment directly through Paypal. Once your payment has been received your item will be packaged and posted.

Payment
At Flowerpot design we just love PayPal and believe it is the most easiest, safest and most secure method of payment over the Internet. If you would like more information about PayPal and its services please click here.
Shipping
* All goods are dispatched via Italian Priority Post.
* Items ordered from Etsy are usually sent the same day.
* Delivery from Italy to countries within the European Community usually take 3 - 5 working days.
* All delivery times are excluding weekends and Italian Public Holidays.
* If your order is urgent and you would like it delivered by a faster or more secure service please contact us for more information. Please note that extra postal charges will occur.
Returns
* Please contact us in the first instance if for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item.
* Once an agreement has been made please return the item to us unopened and unused in a prefect re-saleable condition within 7 days. Flowerpot Design cannot be held responsible for postal charges incurred to return the item.
* To qualify for a full refund (minus delivery costs) the item MUST be in perfect re-saleable condition, unused and unopened. Once we are satisfied a full refund will be credited to the original Paypal address within 7 working days.
* When returning items we recommend customers obtain a certificate of postage as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post. If this should happen a refund will not be given.
Colours
It is important to note that colours may vary slightly from my screen to yours.

* The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not please contact us in the first instance and we will try to work something out.
