It makes sense really, if you can make flowers from ribbon you can make them from a long strip of anything, so somebody out there came up with Zippers and now everyone has jumped on the bandwagon. A simple idea which makes the most adorable blooms, add buttons, beads or another fabric flower to the centre and you have a lovely embellishment for your clothes, bags, shoes, hats and caps.
